Obama Not Qualified -- New Findings

Executive Summary When the Republican National Committee or the Democratic National Committee nominates a candidate for the Presidency and Vice-Presidency they file a statement. Each party is assigned the duty of certifying their candidates as eligible. One would think the FBI would be called in but apparently not. So this is the fox guarding the chicken coop.
The document was apparently never sent to any of the state Democratic National Convention offices for state certification and it was never sent to any state election commission as certification for these candidates. Instead the document seen below was sent instead to the fifty state DNC offices, which in turn those offices certified to each of the fifty state election commissions. This document that was circulated was almost the same and executed the same day BUT it lacked some words, most specifically these words: and that the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution. Thus the new wording came out as follows:
"THIS IS TO CERTIFY that at the National Convention of the Democrat Party of the United States of America, held in Denver, Colorado on August 25 though 28, 2008, the following were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively:" The document with the omitted wording was signed and notarized by same people
It Gets Better Now one might say well that is just the way they do it now. Wrong! Let's look at the same filing for McCain. You can see that all the words required are in his filing. Here is what his says:
We do hereby certify that a national convention of Delegates representing the Republican Party of the United States, duly held and convened in the city of Saint Paul, State of Minnesota, on September 4, 2008, the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of President of the United States, and the following person, meeting the constitutional requirements for the Office of Vice President of the Unites States, were nominated for such offices to be filled at the ensuing general election, November 4, 2008,
Conclusions These documents seem to be consistent with the other documents showing that Obama is not qualified to be the President. There is a court case scheduled for Jan 26, 2010 in the California Supreme Court on the qualifications of Obama. The attorneys representing Obama have argued that no citizen or opposing candidate has status enough to entitle them to review Obama's qualifications, which is absurd. The California Judge seems to be committed to hearing the case.
Now this is a state court. What is the federal government just decides to ignore the state. Then what? I do not think there is any case law on a state ruling that a President is not qualified. I also do not think the great welfare state of California with Arnold as governor (bear in mind Arnold married into the Kennedy family) is going to say Obama has no authority over them and secede or ignore the fed. This 800-pound gorilla has now grown to an 8000-pound gorilla which cannot only not be swept under the rug, it cannot be contained in the White House any longer. We will need to wait and see what develops. Don't go around thinking they planned this, scandal, they didn't. I think they a re trying to arrange something somehow so Obama goes away peacefully and their guy Biden stays as President. Doubtful. This is Ron Pauls golden hour and that is the only hope for any sort of change.
