Obama Kenya Birth Certificate Obtained

Executive Summary A woman who is a USA attorney named Orly Taitz is filing all sorts of lawsuits regarding Obama not being qualified to be President due to him not being a natural born citizen. Natural born citizen is born of two USA citizens on USA soil. Obama appears to be missing this on two counts. Born in Kenya and only one parent is a USA citizen.

Obtaining the OBama Birth Certificate Ms. Taitz had a person go to Kenya named Lucas Smith and bribe a Kenyan soldier to let him have the document. The Prime Minister of Kenya is Raela Odinga. This prime minister is the cousin of Barrack Obama. This prime minister had said that the birth certificate of Obama was on file in the hospital under seal. He bribed the soldier to let his have a copy. Read the declaration and see the copy of the birth certificate.

Legality of Document It is illegal for a USA person to bribe a foreign government. This could cause the document to be excluded. The damage has already been done but this could happen and the birth certificate excluded. On the other hand the scope and magnitude of the evidence could justify it be included but Obama lawyers will not think so. When they start trying to exclude the evidence it will look fairly incriminating.

Relying on the Courts The courts can drag this thing out until Obama leaves office. Him getting reelected is already over. The Democrats would never risk running him with all this controversy. If Obama can grab power and put nation under martial law and suspend elections then it is Heil Obama.

What if Obama Has to Go It would appear that the election is null and void. It can also be that if Obama is disqualified then McCain gets it. McCain may not agree? The safest bet is a new election. Everything Obama signed is null and void. All his appointments are nullified. Nancy Pelosi would be the next in line. Biden would be out since he was on the Obama ticket. Rest assured they will do what is best for them, not the people. They will try to cling to control. If a democrat or republican gets in they have control. Ron Paul scares them and this would be his golden moment.
